Theater has always been central to my life. I got started at the age of six, thrust onstage in a production of Puccini's "La Boheme" by my mother, who was a talent all on her own, as you can see by the picture at left. What choice did I have?
Later, I attained a theater degree from Duke University, where I had the pleasure of performing with folks like Jack Coleman, better known these days as the "Horn-Rimmed Glasses Man" on the hit show "Heroes".
I also have a degree in chemistry and an MBA in e-Business (neither of which has particularly helped my acting), a black belt in Japanese swordplay (useful for stage fighting), a wonderful wife, and a performance history of over one hundred plays and musicals, plus television, voiceover and radio.
